Twitter Hacked, Defaced By “Iranian Cyber Army”

Since yesterday I have unable to access twitter frequently, but some tweets are able to push out from third-party apps like cotweet and bit.ly itself. I was curious why was this happening, with the hope that Twitter was not hacked again. But it seems that it is HACKED!

p/s: I would suggest that you reset your password, especially if your password same on Twitter and any other sites like Gmail or Facebook.
