Google to compete with Apple's iPad

Everyone knows about Apple's new iPad that somehow may change the way we work and having fun with gadgets. There are lots of comments about iPad and its lack of features, however some still preferring to own one (especially those Apple loyal fans). But how about Google's iPad? Though the name still not finalize yet, this may seem the nearest competitor to Apple's iPad.
Announced by Google CEO himself, the tablet would run on Android but not ChromeOS, which is a great decision since the apps that already ready for Android. Do you think this tablet will have better features than iPad? Or you think that's enough for Google to have all your data?
