I post this on 9GAG because it should be! Why on earth nowadays you still forcing web users to use IE??!! Malaysian government sites always fail, as always... Spend millions to "develop" website (which is the tax payers money) and still lagging behind in the technology used.
By the way, I'm curious why the developer somehow can be a decent nice icons to show the message, but can't get to use open standards technology for their web form.
